CR- A SMBH Reunion

“It has been a while since the last time I saw this many insects”- said the young woman as she approached her destiny.

Those two were foils to each other. Melantha remembered her past and was not tied down by a bother like an accretion disk, while she, for some reason let herself trap. She laughed internally at the very futile enforce of that silly councilor (Hydra Epsilon she thought it was her name) of keeping her away of A*. A legion of asteroid beasts, that was just silly.

“Well, I always appreciate some exercise”- Melantha said cheerfully as she dive into the ferous monsters- “Of course she would never risk a star or dwarf, she would always send small fries”

Soon enough, the beast were dead. Those lucky to survive flee out of instinct. A super massive black hole was that powerful.

Melantha carried on her journey into the end of the Sagittarius constellation. Many of the residents looked her with curiosity, not knowing who she really was. She was careful enough of not letting any worm know about her, she loved seeing the pure fear in their faces when she revealed herself.

As she travelled more into the end, approaching the little garden between Sagittarius and Scorpion, she recognized a familiar energy, so similar to hers. She was getting closer. She started to get excited of seeing her after so many centuries.

“Ara~ I knew you loved to make an entrance; knowing you would despose of those asteroids so quickly, I would have asked for 12 legions of them to recibe you”- said a sweet, motherly voice, twisted with the poison of madness.

“Wait a minute, you prepared that welcome commite for me?”- said Melantha surpriced to the ominous creature in front of her.

A figure covered in cloaks, with a clean hole in her chest, her face covered, her insides made of darkness itself, a large and colorful ring made of energy around her. Her dear cousin A*.

“You didn't have to, sweetie”- Melantha ended her sentence, truly touched.

“I know, but I wanted to”- replied A* with a giggle- It was a great opportunity to troll a little with Epsy; that little ant can't say no to me~ Not when I have her precious flower in my sight. So, tell me dear Melantha, what brings you to the modest but cozy temple the little stars have made for me?”

“What, you think I must have a hidden intention to came to visit my cousin?”- said Melantha with a fake hurt tone- “Oh, you know me well, sweetie. Well, I have been around your galaxy, collecting new bugs as pets, I hope you don't mind”

“At minimum, dearie. But, I'm sure you didn't came only to tell me you got bored of your own galaxy and decided to stuff around mine, did you”

“Very cleaver. You see, all those bugs, specially the Jovian one, opposing me and trying to resist me, they made me anxious for a real fight. As I know you won't forgive me if I mess with your things, I decided to come to you instead”

“So, you want to have a friendly sparring match? Well, I haven't had some fun since the times of my rebirth, so I guess we can: but of course, we'll be playing with house rules!”

“House rules?”- asked Melantha, a little confused

“I'll ask you to come inside my accretion disk; while little and simple, those ants worked so hard to make this temple for me and I don't want it to be destroyed in our little game”

“Are you trying to lure me into a trap?”- said Melantha with a little imposing voice. She heard the rumors that that accretion disk was the only thing able to trap a SMBH, and she appreciated her freedom too much.

“Don't quite bother for this thing, dearie. This little ring of pretty lights has long ago stopped in its purpose”- A* said to the other SMBH while a group of micro black holes easily opened a hole in the accretion disk, big enough for Melantha to enter into A*'s gravitatorial domain- “I'm here because I want to be”

“Oh~? Now that's something interesting to hear”- Melantha replied as she went inside the disk- “You sure must tell me your reasons of such decision”

“I'll tell you if you tell me what's new around my galaxy”- started to negociate A*- “This little children go around and tell me some news, but they can't travel far”

“Sure, but now we have a new problem, you're way too big”- said Melantha, kind of annoyed , looking up to the big-as-a-building SMBH.

“Oh sure, silly me, but since you're playing by my rules, I guess I can do this just for you my dear Melantha”

As A* talked, the cloak that consisted her “body” wrapped around her and started to shrink. Melantha stared with curiosity how from the infinite darkness of those cloaks, a body surged.

A slender but toned woman, with a suit dark as nothingness tight around her body, long legs and black arms that seem to come from the darkness of the cloak over her. Her face beautiful, one she never saw before and it was unknown to her. Only the eyes and the marks on her cheeks could reveal that she was indeed A*.

“Sweetie, don't tell me you finally remembered your past?!”- asked Melantha, a little surpriced.

“As if, dear cousin”- A* giggle, covering her mouth with a hand- “This is only a mirage, an illusion made with the energy of a white star I ate long ago. As you can manipulate the energy of attacks, I can with the energies of those I ate and make them my own. Truth is, my normal self is the closest thing to my past self that I can remember”

“I guess being amnesical has its perks; so shall we begin?”

“I'm ready for you, dear Melantha, don't hold back, I want to have fun too~”

“As if I would hold back against you, sweet A*”
